Dynastic Accounts (“Accounts”) provides a login, user management, and payment system, via its internet services. Dynastic Development, Inc. (“us”, “we”, “our”, “the company”, or “Dynastic”) also operates other internet services (“Service”, “we” or “us”).

This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information that is collected from visitors to the Site and users of the App and/or the Services.

Information we Collect

When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect information from you, as further described below:

Information you provide

We collect information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you register for access to the Services or use certain Services.

Information we collect may include, but not be limited to, your full name, email address, and any other data you enter into the Services.

Sensitive information, such as passwords and unique device identifiers (“UDIDs”), have been stored in in such a way that they are reasonably irreversibly hashed in order to ensure your security in the case of a data breach. You are still encouraged to use unique, safe passwords.

Cookies and usage data

When you interact with us through the Services, we receive and store certain information such as an IP address, browser information (user agent), cookies, and your activities within the Services. We may store such information or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by affiliates, agents or service providers. We solely store your IP address for security purposes. We also use your provided email address for the purposes of authentication and tracking purchases. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers.

In order to ensure the security of your account, your IP address and user agent are recorded while logged in. If a sign in from a new location is detected, you will be emailed with details. When requesting a password reset, this information will also be recorded and may be viewed by the owner of the account, even if you are not logged in while requesting the password reset email.

Some Dynastic services may embed analytics code for business insight. This may be provided by first-party tools or third-parties, such as Google Analytics. Data collected by Google Analytics and other third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policy.

Where we process information

Information is stored and processed in the United States and/or Europe, and is subject to American Data Protection laws. No matter where you are located, you accept that your data will be held in locations determined by us.

Our use of your information

We will only use the information you provide us for purposes outlined in this privacy policy. If you provide information for a certain reason, we may use the information in connection with the reason for which it was provided.

Our disclosure of your information

We will never sell user data with any third-party. We may only disclose your data if required to by law.

Because Dynastic Accounts acts as an authentication provider, third-party services may use it in order to log in. While using these third-party services, you will be notified of the permissions that you are granting the service. Before you consent, no information will be shared with the service.

When you create an account or change your password, your password is checked against a trusted database of commonly leaked passwords, in order to notify you if your password is unsafe. Your plaintext password never leaves the server, and the data submitted to the database service is a small prefix of the password, irreversibly hashed, which then returns anonymized data processed by us, to ensure that the only person who ever knows your password is you. You may read more about this database here.

Minors

Our Services are for users age 13 and over and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Third party websites

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by us (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed the Third Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

Security

We go to extreme lengths to protect data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, you are solely responsible for the security of your account.

Your Control

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time. Deactivating your account removes it from public view until you sign in again, while deleting your account schedules your account for permanent deletion from our servers within seven (7) days unless you sign in before that date. Once this permanent deletion occurs, we retain no data on your user, other than some actions you may have done, but without reference to your specific user properties (such as, but not limited to, device list and account creation date).

You may download a copy of the data that is held on your account, which includes any information directly relating to your account, and much of the information referencing your account.

Changes to this policy

We will attempt to notify you within seven days of a change in policy, but that is not mandatory for modifications.
